At Queen Z, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Portugal and selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@queenz.co and we will do our best to assist you.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (Portugal): 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping (Portugal): 1–2 business days
- International Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- International Express Shipping: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on our latest offers.
5. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a qualifying amount, as displayed at checkout. This applies to eligible destinations only.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Queen Z is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If you are still experiencing issues, contact us at support@queenz.co and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@queenz.co with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
10. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Queen Z is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@queenz.co and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
